For over two decades, our kitchen was a private one. It was the heart of our family’s most cherished moments—the town fiestas, birthdays, and celebrations where our heirloom recipes, passed down by our parents, were the centerpiece.
After more than twenty years of perfecting these traditions for our own family and relatives, we decided it was time to share what we believe "excellent food and service" truly means.

As an Industrial Engineer and Professional Teacher, her professional background dictates a "zero-compromise" approach to the business, particularly regarding sanitation. She has translated industrial-grade standards into the kitchen, ensuring that every tray is prepared in an environment where cleanliness and precision are the highest priorities.
A wife and mother of three, Eleonor understands that food is the heart of every gathering.
When she isn't optimizing the business she plays sports like table tennis and volleyball.
Anthony “Tsip Jolas” Maraño | The Cook
Anthony brings the discipline of a Former Engineering Manager and Founder to the culinary side of the business. An Electronics Engineer by profession.
His approach to cooking is rooted in twenty years of executive leadership, where being organized and thoughtful is a requirement, not an option. He has replaced the "guesswork" of traditional catering with a systematic focus on quality, eliminating common issues like oily preparation or inconsistent taste.
His cooking journey is a lifelong one—having started preparing family meals at the age of 12.
Over the decades, he has mastered the heirloom recipes passed down by his parents, refining them through years of fiestas, and family milestones.
By merging his engineering mindset with a lifetime of heritage cooking, Anthony ensures that every dish is a "Hero Dish"—delivered with the soul of a home-cooked meal and the precision of a professional firm.
