A wife and mother of three, Eleonor understands that food is the heart of every gathering. When she isn't optimizing the business she plays sports like table tennis and volleyball.

Anthony “Tsip Jolas” Maraño | The Cook Anthony brings the discipline of a Former Engineering Manager and Founder to the culinary side of the business. An Electronics Engineer by profession. His approach to cooking is rooted in twenty years of executive leadership, where being organized and thoughtful is a requirement, not an option. He has replaced the "guesswork" of traditional catering with a systematic focus on quality, eliminating common issues like oily preparation or inconsistent taste.

His cooking journey is a lifelong one—having started preparing family meals at the age of 12. Over the decades, he has mastered the heirloom recipes passed down by his parents, refining them through years of fiestas, and family milestones.
